Overview

September was a lighter month, but it still had a good mix of dining, everyday shopping, and local favorites. Desert Dogs returned once again, while Buca di Beppo and Javier’s DTLA gave the month two standout restaurant experiences. We also mixed in quick stops at In-N-Out, Santa Fe Restaurant, Stater Bros., and Apple.

Javier’s DTLA

The biggest dining highlight of September. The $862.50 visit made Javier’s one of the month’s standout experiences and a great way to close September.

Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

A fun Italian dining experience and something different from many of our usual restaurant choices. This was an easy pick for the month’s favorites.

Desert Dogs

Another return to a familiar favorite. Desert Dogs continued its run from previous months and remained a dependable casual dining option.

Santa Fe Restaurant

A nice local dining stop that added some variety toward the end of September.

In-N-Out

Sometimes simple is all you need. The September 5 visit was a quick, casual stop and a California classic worth mentioning.
